Instructions
Soften Crisco. In a large bowl, combine softened Crisco, powdered sugar, and cornstarch. Mix until well combined.

Add dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
